    Make a plan together

    Before you can even start building a house, you need to plan for it. Most builders have existing plans for you to pick and choose from. You can either go with an original plan or customize it to suit what you want.

    Add permanent fixtures

    After the walls are good, it’s time to focus on the floor coverings. Laminate and ceramic tile floors are usually laid first before any vinyl and carpeting. During this stage, niches and sinks are also placed to complete the interior of your home.

    Complete the exterior touches

    While your home is finished on the inside, important things are happening outside. During this final stage, sidewalks are usually laid in addition to your patios and driveways.\

    After everything is completed, the inspector should come to make sure everything looks good before moving on. If there are any issues with the new design, make sure the inspector notes them and takes pictures. You will then be able to file a claim with the originator for any damages.
